Terms of Service

(We make the rules around here, you just hafta follow 'em!)

• You must read this page before you order from us. We assume you've read these rules when you place your order with us. If you don't, there are morbid consequences and we can not be held responsible if you end up in our product line.
• Asking for a commission does not guarantee your order. We try to accommodate everyone, however, occasionally we are overwhelmed and may have to deny your request. If this happens, we sincerely apologize, and will do everything in our power to accommodate you at a later date.
• When your custom order is approved, you are required to pay a deposit before work will begin on your order. The deposit will vary based on your order, but it is a $25 custom work deposit and typically 50% of the total cost (before shipping) of your order. This ensures that you are serious about the item and the work, and will secure your place in the queue.
• We collect personal information (name, address, billing address, email and occasionally phone numbers) and add it to our little black books. But we promise never to sell, loan, borrow or barter your personal information for any reason. Only our staff in charge of filling orders will see your information. We may store it for future use, follow up correspondence or for repeat customers, but your information will accompany us to our own graves.
• If you smile, and it breaks your face, we'll pay for the stitches. But that's usually not an issue (unless you're a zombie or sumthin') and we'll be more than happy to address any concerns or questions you may have through email correspondence and will not hesitate to deny you service if you're disagreeable. 
• We cannot guarantee colour. We use specific colours, and as all computer screens are calibrated differently, and our idea of "mint green" and your idea of "mint green" might not mesh, please allow us to make the distinction. We're professionals, so trust us.
• All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on anything as each piece is handmade and is made to order. We will, however, make exceptions for major manufacturing defects (i.e. popped seams upon arrival of your order) but we require immediate emails and photographic evidence of the defects.  Exchanges are only valid for 48 hours upon (expected) arrival at the destination. Exchanges that are accepted will be at the purchaser's cost for return shipping and are the sole discretion of Grave Robber Fashions.
